Any customs or import duties that may occur for international deliveries will be charged to the customer
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible following your order, however, please allow up to 28 days for delivery
Products are carefully packaged and protected during transit. Please contact us immediately on receipt of your product (within 7 days) if there is any damage or fault
We cannot be held responsible for any delayed or missing goods due to inaccurate delivery information provided at checkout

I can arrange a refund or replacement of products providing the item is returned in ‘as new’ condition and within 7 days of receipt. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer and it is advised to obtain a proof of postage (we will not be responsible for any returned items lost or damaged in the post).
You may cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to shipment. Once shipped, it would be subject to the above returns policy. If you refuse your shipment, you will be given a full refund for the return of goods. This offer does not include the cost of returning the goods.
